Yin Yoga was created by Paule Zink in the 1950s in the United States under the name Taoist Yoga. It was originally inspired by the Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang.

Why Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga offers a caring environment to give you a break, far from stress, where only listening to your body and your sensations counts.

- Encourage letting go : Gentle postures, held for several minutes, allow you to release deep tension effortlessly, encouraging the body and mind to calm down naturally.

- Strengthen body awareness : Spending time in each posture invites you to observe, feel and understand the signals your body sends you, without judgment or pressure.

- Welcoming your emotions : This moment of stillness offers the opportunity to welcome your feelings, to better understand your internal reactions and to cultivate kindness towards yourself.

- Support inner regeneration : Yin Yoga stimulates deep tissues, soothes the nervous system and nourishes the body's natural ability to regenerate.

Connexions entre le Yin Yoga et la Kinésiologie?

Practicing these two methods, it seemed essential to me to be able to combine them. The common point between kinesiology and yin yoga is the meridians. They are energy channels that run through our body.

My approach offers two ways to use yin yoga:

- Either through a classic yin yoga session

- Either by integrating it into a kinesiology approach. In kinesiology, I use yin yoga to support balancing or to accompany the process, if the neuromuscular response allows it.

For a yin yoga session, please make an appointment via OneDoc with a comment: "Yin Yoga practice". Price: 120CHF/1h30
